Blake Davenport
Blake is a licensed REALTOR® in Virginia, DC, and Maryland and runs the top team, The Davenport Group, in the RLAH Real Estate Arlington office. Acting as a professional adviser, Blake mentors locals through one of the biggest decisions of our lives - the home buying and selling process.
Blake graduated from Penn State University with an Industrial Engineering degree. After graduating, he wanted to pursue a career in which he was making an impact and helping people on a daily basis. He grew up watching the HGTV channel with his parents and has always had a fascination with homes. Thus, he quickly found out that helping clients with real estate transactions was the career for him.
Blake created Discover Arlington in hopes to help people learn about the great spots in Arlington, Virginia and to educate them on the important specifics within buying and selling real estate. He designed this site to give first time home buyers all of the resources and knowledge necessary to make the best decision when purchasing a home.
Besides helping clients, Blake enjoys the outdoors, traveling to beautiful nature spots like Lake Königssee (pictured), photography, playing sports, and trying new recipes with Leah.

Leah Davenport
Leah serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Davenport Group while managing the Discover Arlington Blog and Social Media accounts. Inspired by the idea of “never settle”, Leah has a love of adventure in her since age two. A Northeastern girl at heart, Leah grew up in small town Mayfield, Pennsylvania. Knowing that she wanted something more, Leah decided to attend Penn State University to get the big school experience she always dreamed of.
Leah gets her drive and spirit from her hard-working parents, who taught her to find her passion and be the best she could be. She is on a mission to share her motivation with other young entrepreneurs and make a difference in people’s lives. Leah finds great satisfaction in connecting with new people and helping others while achieving creativity in a challenging situation.
Leah is passionate about all things red, cooking new recipes, drinking a glass of Cabernet, trying an cozy café in Arlington, traveling somewhere new for a weekend getaway, reading through the latest season’s wedding magazines and finding the best donut spots on every adventure she takes.
