Cheesetique Mac Attack

October 31, 2016

Mac & Cheese lovers, assemble!! If you have not heard of Cheesetique, we are about to change your life (in a good way, of course)! Originally founded in the neighborhood of Del Ray, Alexandria, hails a cheese lover's paradise called Cheesetique.  In 2011, Cheesetique opened its doors to Shirlington, Virginia and as of June 2016 it landed in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington as well. This unique eatery offers guests the opportunity to dine on a wide arrangement of cheese dishes through options such as Cheese Boards, Fondue, Hearty Sandwiches and their award-winning Mac & Cheese(pictured). Customers also have the chance to purchase specialty cheese products in the retail space to take home.

So what makes Cheesetique's Mac & Cheese so special? It's the combination of Goat Gouda, Asiago, Cacio de Roma topped with truffle- infused bread crumbs that has led to awards and recognition from major food media outlets such as Food Network, Food & Wine Magazine, Travel & Leisure Magazine, Washingtonian, Thrillist and many more.

Cheesetique offers many weekly specials including Thirsty Tuesday (20% off all bottles in restaurant), Wine Down Wednesday ($5 house red and white wines) and 10% off any retail purchase if you dine in.  For more information on their offerings, please visit their website
