First stop: Arlington Forest

Arlington Forest is a community located about a mile or so west of the Ballston Common Mall, bordering Carlin Springs Road and divided by Arlington Boulevard. Its real estate is filled with the classic brick colonial “Arlington” home. It is home to one of Arlington’s greatest outdoor areas: Lubber Run. Lubber Run Park includes gorgeous trails along the water, the amazing Lubber Run Amphitheater with free outdoor concerts, and the newly added, state of the art, Community Center. Being just south of the shops and restaurants of Ballston Quarter make this quaint neighborhood a highly coveted spot to live.
