If Taylor Swift Eras Were Arlington Neighborhoods (Yes, Really)

🎯 If Taylor Swift Eras Were Arlington, VA Neighborhoods

From The Davenport Group

At The Davenport Group, we’re serious about real estate, but we’re also serious about Taylor Swift. During a recent team brainstorm, we asked ourselves: If Taylor Swift’s album eras were neighborhoods in Arlington, Virginia… what would they be? The result? A fun, slightly unhinged, very on-brand crossover between local expertise and pop culture joy.

Here's our take on the Arlington neighborhoods that best represent each iconic era. And yes, we’re already planning Part 2.

💫 Fearless = Ballston

Ballston is a little glam, a little ambitious. It’s where bottomless brunch meets career aspirations and late-night open mics. This area screams fresh-out-of-college energy with a dream of someday owning something long-term.

🌲 Folklore = Arlington Forest

Wooded trails, quiet mornings, and handwritten notes by candlelight: Folklore belongs in Arlington Forest. This peaceful, introspective neighborhood feels like a hidden cabin in the city. Every home has a story, and every walk feels like a poem.

🌈 1989 = Clarendon

Bold lipstick, big brunch plans, and a walkable condo? That’s Clarendon. 1989 energy lives in every sunglass-wearing millennial running late to dinner but still making a statement. This is where Arlington nightlife and city vibes collide.

💖 Lover = Bluemont

Lover is romantic and community-centered, just like Bluemont. String lights, golden hour walks, and front porch waves define the neighborhood. If you’ve ever dreamed of living in a real-life rom-com, this is your spot.

🍁 Red = Lyon Village

Red is coffee on a historic porch. It’s fall leaves, emotional intensity, and walkability all in one. Lyon Village blends small-town charm with big feelings, where heartbreak meets high resale value.
